| Getting To Edinburgh Airport Edinburgh Airport is located just to the west of Scotland's capital city and is within easy access to the country's main road network, reaching the whole of central Scotland and beyond. By Car Road access to the airport is easy from the two-level junction on the A8 midway between the Gogar and Newbridge roundabouts. If approaching from the Edinburgh side join the A8 from the city bypass and proceed towards Glasgow. From the North and West you should join the A8 at the Newbridge roundabout and proceed towards Edinburgh. Follow signs for airport.

By Train Edinburgh's main railway station (Waverley) is in the city centre and can be reached by taxi or bus. There are services to Glasgow and a variety of other destinations in Scotland and England. By Coach Public service bus stops are located on the terminal forecourt. Frequent bus services run between the airport and Waverley Bridge (next to the main railway station) in the city centre.
